(26 Oct 2018) Workers have placed a plaque bearing the names of US officials on a new section of border fencing between California and Mexico. US Secretary of Homeland Security Kirstjen Nielsen unveiled the two new miles of fencing on Friday and declared it the first new section of President Donald Trump's border wall.
